1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiveRole: Create Video With AI ("LiveRole AI" or the "App"). The App is provided by MSL CARE LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
LiveRole AI provides AI-powered video creation tools, including image-to-video, text-to-video, clip enhancement, creative effects, and video templates. Features may change, be updated, or be discontinued over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. User Content
4.1 Your responsibility
You are responsible for all photos, videos, prompts, text, and other content you upload, enter, or select in the App ("User Content"). You must have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use User Content with LiveRole AI.
4.2 License to process content
To operate the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, and display your User Content solely as needed to provide the AI video generation, enhancement, template, support, safety, and app operation features you request.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Violates applicable law or the rights of others;
- Contains harassment, hate, exploitation, or non-consensual intimate content;
- Impersonates another person in a misleading or harmful way;
- Attempts to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or misuse the App.
6. Paid Features
Some features may require credits, subscriptions, or other purchases. Payment, refund, and cancellation handling may be provided through the app store or payment processor used for the purchase.
7. AI Outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or visually imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or sharing them and for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSL CARE LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
